Live Your Best Life workshops beginning Wednesday, January 26, 2019 at Mohawk Valley Community College. Chose any one of the options below and register on the MVCC-CCED registration page.

January 26, 2019 (8:30 am-12:30 pm) Live Your Best Life – an interactive half day workshop designed to teach you, inspire you and motivate you to live a healthy, vibrant life.

February 4 and 11, 2019  (6:00-8:00 pm) – Live Your Best Life – this is the same workshop as described above, split into 2 sessions. We’ll do some movement, meditation and food demonstrations that will give you new tools for your healthy lifestyle toolbox!

March 9, 2019 (8:30 am – 12:30 pm) Live Your Best Life – an interactive half day workshop designed to teach you, inspire you and motivate you to live a healthy, vibrant life.
